These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRM Force website (crmforce.in), application platform, mobile apps and free tools (together, the "Services"), operated by CRM Force ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Services — including the free invoice generator — you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services on behalf of a business. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The Services

CRM Force provides a business management platform covering CRM & leads, GST billing, inventory, HRMS, payroll and related tools, along with free tools such as the GST invoice generator. Features, pricing and availability may change over time; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify Customers of material changes to paid plans.

4. Free trial & the free invoice generator

• New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period (currently 6 months) as described on our pricing page at the time of signup. We may change or end trial offers at any time for new signups; existing trials in progress will be honoured for their stated duration.
• The free GST invoice generator tool (crmforce.in/tools/free-invoice-generator.php) is provided free of charge, limited to one invoice per browser/IP address as a lead-generation tool. We may modify or discontinue this tool, or change the usage limit, at any time.
• PDFs generated by the free tool are created in your browser; we are not responsible for their accuracy — you're responsible for reviewing any invoice before sending it to a customer or filing it for tax purposes.

5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (e.g. annually). Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing cycles.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Applicable GST and other taxes will be added to fees as required by Indian law.

6. Your data & your responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the business, customer and employee data you input into CRM Force ("Customer Data").
• You're responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data, including GST details, invoices and payroll figures — CRM Force is a tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
• If you use attendance features involving employee selfies or location, you're responsible for obtaining any consents required under applicable law and informing your employees accordingly.
• You must not use the Services to store or transmit unlawful content, or to violate any third party's rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems; use automated means to scrape or overload the Services (including the free invoice tool, beyond its intended per-browser limit); or resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, text and trademarks (excluding your Customer Data), are owned by CRM Force or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Services as intended.

9. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways, Tally export). We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GST or other calculations will be free of error — you remain responsible for verifying figures used for filing or compliance purposes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM Force and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, for free tools, will be limited to zero).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CRM Force harmless from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or fail to pay applicable fees, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time; Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State], India.

15. Changes to these Terms
